The Senate Companion to the bill (SB97) has already passed the Senate.
AB 141 could now go to the Assembly floor for a full vote. If passed by the full Assembly and enacted into law, Wisconsin would join 28 other states that helps protect victims of domestic abuse by allowing courts to include pets in restraining orders.
